PROCLAMATION.
By His Excellency WILLIAM JERVOIs, Knight of the Royal Hanoverian Guel- phic Order, Major-General Commanding Her Majesty's Forces in China, Acting Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice Admiral of the same.
A Free Pardon is hereby granted to Chow Atae, convicted of Robbery with Violence in April last, and now in Jail under sentence of Transportation for Fifteen Years.
